Mediterranean Tuna Wrap

Looking for an easy way to improve your diet? This recipe combines tuna, veggies and whole-grain wraps to equal a well-rounded tasty meal.
Mediterranean Tuna Wrap

Nutritonal Value

All you need

400 g al alali Fancy Meat Tuna in Water, drained
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup al alali Parsley Flakes
1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
3 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt to taste
al alali Ground Black Pepper to taste
6 cups washed mixed greens (about 85g)
4 whole-grain wrap breads
2 large tomatoes, sliced

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, mix al alali Fancy Meat Tuna, onion, al alali Parsley Flakes, olives. Set aside
  • In a separate bowl, Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, zest, lemon juice, salt and al alali Ground Black Pepper
  • Pour about 2/3 of the dressing over the tuna mixture and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, pour the rest of the dressing over the greens and mix
  • Place some of the tuna mixture on each piece of wrap bread
  • Top the tuna mixture with the greens and a few tomato slices
  • Roll the wraps
  • Serve and enjoy!
